Former Springbok centre Marius Joubert is one of a select few who can boast scoring a hat-trick against the All Blacks.
On this day back in 2004 at Ellis Park, Joubert became the first Bok since Ray Mordt back in 1981 and the eighth player overall to score three tries against New Zealand.
His try-scoring heroics helped set up a whopping 40-26 victory over the All Blacks, snapping an eight-game losing streak against the men in black and paving the way for Boks to go on and win that year’s Tri-Nations.
