Willie le Roux joined the Springbok centurions club on Saturday and, when you’ve had a career as long as he’s had, it’s only natural to get a little confused about all the teams you’ve represented.
Le Roux is the eighth man to play 100 Tests for South Africa, following Eben Etzebeth, Bryan Habana, Victor Matfield, Tendai “The Beast” Mtawarira, John Smit, Jean de Villiers and Percy Montgomery as Bok centurions.
After the 45-0 win over Italy, Le Roux received his new cap and blazer and gave a speech, counting on his fingers all the teams he’s played for.
