Frans Steyn and Jesse Kriel had plenty to say when sitting on the bench for the Springboks’ 2019 World Cup warm-up Test against Japan.
Makazole Mapimpi scored a hat-trick as the Boks won 41-7 in Kumagaya to gain a semblance of revenge for their shock 34-32 loss to the Brave Blossoms at the 2015 World Cup.

The Boks also beat Japan at the 2019 World Cup, winning the Tokyo Stadium quarter-final 26-3.
