Scrumhalf Dewaldt Duvenage will start in his 100th match for the Stormers as they host the Ospreys on Friday night.
Coach John Dobson has made minimal changes to the match 23 that demolished defending champions Leinster 35-0 in round one.
Duvenhage replaces Stef Ungerer who drops down to the bench, while utility forward Connor Evans is preferred to Springbok Ben-Jason Dixon in the No 7 jersey and Marcel Theunissen comes in for Paul de Villiers.
The veteran scrumhalf, who made his Stormers debut back in 2009, joins Brok Harris and Deon Fourie in the centurion club, having also added 72 caps for Perpignan and 98 for Benetton during his career abroad.
RITO: Stormers to keep Ospreys guessing
Lock Adré Smith also brings up a milestone, running out for his 50th Stormers appearance after returning from a stint in Japan.
Props Ali Vermaak and Sazi Sandi are set for their first appearances of the season having been named among the replacements.
Dobson said the team is determined to back up last week’s statement win with another big performance.
“While we were happy with the result last week, we know that there can be no complacency heading into this match against an Ospreys side that have proven tough customers for us in the past.
“Dewaldt comes from the generation of players that gave us the likes of Brok Harris and Deon Fourie, and it is fitting that he joins them as a Stormers centurion. He has always been very tactically astute and there are few others as committed to the cause.”
