The Lions have the confirmed the contract extension of a third Springbok.
Scrumhalf Morne van den Berg, who has six Test caps, will remain in Joburg until at least June 2028.
Flanker Ruan Venter and fullback Quan Horn have signed similar deals.
Since his senior debut in 2017, Van den Berg has made 117 appearances for the Lions, scoring 25 tries.
