One of the most consistent themes of this year’s bonus season is that big bonuses are not just for Biglaw. Time and again, small but mighty law firms are lavishing their attorneys with the kind of money that’s typically associated with much larger firms.
Massumi + Consoli LLP, a Los Angeles-based firm specializing in private equity and M&A deals, is matching the market, offering year-end and special bonuses. That means associates are taking home year-end bonuses ranging from $20,000-$115,000 on top of special bonus in the neighborhood of $6,000-$25,000.
