South African wing Duhan van der Merwe has returned to Scotland’s match 23 for Sunday’s clash with Argentina at Murrayfield.
Van der Merwe, who has scored 34 tries in 50 Tests, was dropped by coach Gregor Townsend for last weekend’s 25-17 loss to the All Blacks.
Townsend has made just one change to his starting lineup, with vice-captain Rory Darge coming in at openside flank and Matt Fagerson shifting to the bench.
Kyle Steyn, a try-scorer against the All Blacks, keeps his place on the left wing.
Townsend has opted for a 5-3 bench split, with Van der Merwe joined by Jamie Dobie and Tom Jordan as the backline cover.
Argentina are coming off a 52-28 win over Wales.
