On 19 May 2007, Bryan Habana sliced through the Sharks to set up a dramatic victory for the Vodacom Bulls in a pulsating Super 14 final in Durban.

The Springbok speedster soared over the line for an injury-time try that set up the match-winning conversion for Derick Hougaard.

Topping the table during the regular season, the Sharks dominated the first half of the Kings Park final before Habana exploited a weary defence and silenced the crowd.

The Bulls were already celebrating before Hougaard sealed a 20-19 win for Heyneke Meyer’s men.
