Edinburgh have been boosted by the arrival of three Scotland players ahead of Saturday’s clash against the Stormers in Cape Town.
Coach Sean Everitt’s side were hammered 54-17 by the Lions at Ellis Park last weekend to drop to 13th on the Vodacom URC log – 12 points outside the playoff places.
It doesn’t get any easier for the Scottish club against the Stormers, who beat the Dragons 29-21 to move back up to second.
Edinburgh will be stronger, though, following the arrival of prop Pierre Schoeman, lock Grant Gilchrist and winger Darcy Graham in Cape Town.
All three played a big part in Scotland’s recent Six Nations campaign which included famous wins against England and France.
